**Beth Melcher**

Throughout my life, I have been fascinated by language; English and French in college and in business school, it was the language of Finance. With 25 years of experience in commercial banking, product management and small business financial consulting, I've learned that companies have a unique language all of their own.
Success happens when owners learn how to listen and respond to their companies—and I love being the person to teach them how to do it. I have seen what success and failure look like. Most often, the difference between one and the other is vision, grit and a willingness to collaborate with trainers who can show you the way. The best part of my work is when I get to be that trainer and see the spark between a company and its owner. When that partnership develops, it forges a path toward true achievement.
When I’m not testing a new app integration with QuickBooks or graphing workflows, I enjoy spending time with my two children and husband traveling, watching sci-fi or getting outside. Without these three, I would forget to stop asking questions and just enjoy the ride.

**Stephanie Wilson**

For as long as I can remember, I’ve had a love for numbers. As a young girl, I would pretend I was a Math teacher. As I grew older, my accounting classes became my happy place (I know, I know), so I decided to build a career around it, and I’ve never looked back!
In my years at MoneyFit, I have grown to not only love numbers but to listen to what they say. To me, accounting is much more than numbers; it is building a relationship with clients, becoming a part of their team, and helping them be the best they can be. It is my passion to help small businesses get out from behind their books so they can focus on what they do best - delighting their clients. They say it takes a village, and I genuinely believe that in every aspect of life.
Outside of work, I love spending time with my husband, two young boys, and our puppy. We love adventuring together, camping, kayaking, and traveling. We’ve been to 10 National Parks or Monuments in the last 3 years.

**Becky Smits**

When I co-founded an engineering business in the '90s, it became clear to me very early on that if my firm were to succeed, I had to get a handle on the financial systems and that Cash truly is King. It was my duty to my staff, clients and vendors to keep a healthy cash flow going, through constant attention to accounts receivable and payable. After growing, flourishing and selling the firm 24 years later, I am happy now to be helping our MoneyFit clients manage their cash and keep their companies rolling.
I have always been curious about how things work. It is in my nature to be observant and try to figure things out. I enjoy the process of sorting the numbers out and getting them organized so our clients can see their financial pictures more clearly.
In my free time, I can usually be found kayaking or boating, watching hockey or gardening. I am an avid reader and love mysteries. My husband, our adult son and I like to downhill ski and go camping and hiking together.

**Sarah Norris**

Since high school, I've had two loves: fashion design and math. I dreamed of going to fashion school and earning my Certified Public Accountant license so I could own a fashion design shop and do the business's accounting. Visions of Quilts and QuickBooks.
While I didn't start my own sewing shop, I still have the opportunity to use my passion for entrepreneurship and numbers when I work with MoneyFit’s small businesses clients. As a MoneyFit trainer, I use my accounting and bookkeeping skills to empower business owners to better understand their companies, enhance their financial fitness, and help their businesses grow.
When I'm not working, I spend my time with my husband, four daughters, and our energetic golden retriever. My two oldest daughters play softball, and the youngest two are not far behind them—I love being a softball mom! As a family, we enjoy going to ball games, camping, hiking, boating, swimming, and fishing. Living on the water near a beach allows us to spend our free time on the water, doing watersports, and playing in the sand.
