Account Coordinators support the accounting workflow by:
Recording financial transactions in the general ledger
Processing in-bound financial documents through the cloud accounting software
Reconciling bank and credit card accounts in the accounting software
Communicating and collaborating with clients to obtain financial information and support clients’ back office workflows

Job Requirements:
QuickBooks Online Certification
Experience in an accounting firm or department
Tech savvy – we use a lot of apps (for example, Asana, Slack) so you have to be comfortable in that kind of environment
Part time or full time: 20 - 40 hours per week

The Client Portfolio Manager is a vital role in the success of MoneyFit. MoneyFit’s primary directive is to facilitate the communication link between a business owner and their business to fuel the success of both. Your role is to establish this connection and nurture it. Businesses use the language of finance to communicate, and it is our mission to make that language approachable. MoneyFit Team Members need to know how to speak it. As a Client Portfolio Manager, your previous experience is vital to facilitating this connection. The MoneyFit team members are:
QuickBooks Online Certified and proficient with other accounting related software applications
Experienced with account and client management
Veterans from accounting firms or accounting departments
Tech savvy and have significant PC environment experience
College graduates or possess equivalent career experience

The work itself will involve:
Full management of a client’s accounting workflow, from the client’s inbound documents through the final financial reporting.
Specifically, this involves documentation management, expense and income allocations to client’s QuickBooks Online software, payroll processing, accounts payable management, invoicing, and other similar accounting tasks.
